What to Include

A report we can act on in one read saves a round of questions:

  • A phishing siteThe full address of the site impersonating Dark Matter, where you found it (forum, chat, search result, another "mirror list" site) and whether it asked you to sign in.
  • A link seems unreachableCheck Status first — it covers the usual causes and what to try. Write to us only if what you're seeing doesn't match what's shown there.
  • A content correctionThe page address and what should be corrected. Corrections to facts about the market are checked before a page is changed.
  • Guide requestWhat you were trying to do and where you got stuck — that is how new guides get planned.

Before writing, check whether the FAQ or the Link Checker already answers your question.

Orders, Accounts and Disputes: Contact the Market

darkmatter.market has no access to Dark Matter accounts, orders or funds, so these can only be solved inside the market:

  • Order problems and disputes — open a dispute or a report ticket on the market while the payment is still in escrow. The disputes guide explains how.
  • Lost password, PIN or PGP key — only market staff can decide on account recovery. See the 2FA guide.
  • Deposits and withdrawals — handled by the market's wallet; start with the wallet guide.

Anyone offering to "recover" your account or funds for a fee — in a chat, on a forum or by email — is running a scam, whoever they claim to be.
